Project proceedings comparable to a relay race
It is necessary that both sides work precisely with well defined handovers (mile stones, clearance and co-ordination) and a concrete understanding of team work. Every member of the team client/DMKZWO counts!
Briefing & Re-Briefing
Briefing by the client & preparation of the Re-Briefing
- Presentation of all planed strategies and measures
- Presentation of USP and goals
- Group discussion and questions
- Preparation of strategies, goals and all options of solutions

- Presentation of project volume and an approximate time and cost frame
Rough concept
In this first part of the project, the client gets a brief idea of the direction the project will turn to and makes it easy to pin down general adjustments. Plan changes are much more cost intensive in a later part of the project when concerning the fine concept.
- Earliest substantial concept and ideas
- Recommendations for website structure (information architecture)
- As the case may be drawing up of mood boards (visual Design frame)
- Digital projects also contain a rough technical concept
- Brainstorming – additional measures (e-Marketing, banner, etc.)
Fine concept
The fine concept contains a range of measures which are necessary to pin down the final measures and to find the details of them.

Prototype of digital projects
- Prototyping: generation of HTML or flash based prototypes

Realization
All necessary production steps will execute in the realization phase. Changes of plan will generally be cost intensive and expensive when concerning the general aspects of the project.
